Entire Cosy Home, Private Garden, Private Bathroom, Close to M1, Airport, Donnington

Location was good for what we needed. Free on street parking.

The house was filthy. Cigarette buts in the garden. Mould in the bathroom. Walls and ceilings very dirty. Plates and cutlery dirty. Oven was falling to peices and faded so very hard to see which setting it was on. The garden was nothing like the pictures. Overgrown and cluttered, not safe for a child to play. Front garden needs a tidy up. Would not stay again. Do not book if you have children. Not clean enough.

Good location. Always able to park close to house. Good wifi. Slept well.

A bit tired and in need of a little tlc. Could have been cleaner. Garden very shabby. Kitchen could do with new pans etc. and at least one sharp knife for food prep. Dials on cooker worn off so using oven very hot and miss.

The fact that they advertise a beautiful garden that cant be used as they dont up keep it. Property was also tired and outdated can tell no repairs have been done they are just turning profits from a terrible place

Only minor points were no carving knives, cheese grater or scissors in the kitchen but understandable if used for stop overs as were there for just under a week

The location. Easy to get to Nottingham/Derby. The house was comfortable.

Would benefit from leaving a few items to wash up with.

Clean and easy to use, just arrive and relax.

There were no sharp knives or scissors. Apart from that great.

We had to buy cutlery as there were only 2 knives and 2 forks, and there were 4 of us staying
