"Holiday break"

Location, gardens, quiet. Beautiful property, all agents easily contactable. Had 2 babies and 2 families with ample room even with the amount of us we never used much of the space lol. Can recommend fully

Parking can be busy around the property.

"large modern new townhouse minutes walk from city center, so much space we felt like celebrities"

this property is exceptional in many ways. by far the largest accommodation my family ever experienced, everyone had plenty of room. the bedrooms were large, the beds large, 3 bathrooms meant nobody had to wait to use the toilet. the design of the home was modern and efficient. the back deck and sliding glass doors was an extension of the kitchen and dining room it felt luxurious. the upper deck on the third floor gave a panoramic view of the bath city hillside it was magnificent. if we ever stay in bath again this will definitely be our spot, i wouldn't hesitate to book again.

We experienced some minor issues at check-in, but Benji resolved them swiftly and efficiently. The room was clean, well-equipped, and having two dryers was a major plus! Benji’s promptness and attention turned a potential inconvenience into a pleasant stay. Highly appreciated!

"A lovely stay - exceptional property all lovely quality and fittings."

Spacious 4 bed house over 3 levels, Parking for one vehicle directly outside, Full kitchen facilities. 3 Bathrooms, 1 ensuite. WI fi, Garden area with table & chairs. 15 minute walk to town, supermarket close by. Clean, linen and towels provided. Whatever you need - it's here.

All excellent, nothing to dislike.

"Will stay again!"

Excellent new place which was extremely clean. The beds were comfortable and the rooms well appointed and great for a family of 7-8 people. The backyard was simply wonderful. Location is also great, quiet and just outside the town centre which is an easy walk away. Highly recommended!

"Incredible"

The property was beautiful, great place to stay. I would definitely come again in future. Only issue we had was we couldn’t find the cutlery! But other than that no complaints! Highly recommend great views of bath and good location to stay!
