"Fantastic property in a great location."

The town house was excellent, very comfortable and so warm. Location was fantastic, 10-15 minute easy walk into the centre of Bath. Plenty of space for 8 of us adults both in the kitchen and lounge. Couldn’t fault it. Hosts promptly answered our questions about parking and bed configuration.

Parking was a very slight issue although the arrangement with the garage opposite is great for parking between 5pm and 8am (although they let us park from our arrival at 3pm). We didn’t need our cars for the duration of our stay, so parked them at the Newbridge Park and Ride which was very convenient and cheap. Would not put us off staying there again.

The property is located in walking distance to the centre of Bath, it is spacious, beautifully decorated and the facilities are superb.

"If you are looking for Permit Parking then best look elsewhere"

Location and property were great

I booked it as it said it came with a Parking Permit which was why I booked it. The hosts wrote the day before we were due to arrive claiming that Bath Council had changed the rules and they could no longer get a Parking Permit. I requested dates of when the announced the changes and when the changes were implemented but the hosts did not reply. They went on to claim they had permission to park in front of a business across the road but did not provide any evidence of this permission. I could not trust them and used Park and Ride instead and have raised a claim but so far they have not replied. Booking.com were fantastic and really tried to help but the hosts have did not answer the phone to them on the day we were due to arrive and have not replied to Booking.com email regarding my complaint

Good location - about 10 minute walk into the town centre. Beds were huge and really comfy. Well equipped. Nice view from the roof terrace.
