The place was done to a very high standard, it was very spacious and being able to have food and drinks out on the terraces was lovely! The beds were really comfortable and it is in easy walking distance of the city centre.

It is a lovely house in a location close to the attractive and pleasant center of Bath. Everything is within walking distance: shops, bars, restaurants, station and of course the sights. Contact with the house managers was always friendly and fast. Inside, the house is very spacious and fully equipped. We had nice weather, especially the last few days, so we could fully enjoy the garden and the surroundings. Specially worth mentioning is the extensive basket with breakfast and delicacies upon arrival!

Parking was (temporarily?) a bit more difficult because the private garage is used as a laundry room. During the weekend we could park at the garage opposite the house, but after that we had to find a (paid) place ourselves. And the house could use a little more TLC: although everything is very clean, you notice that it is intended for rental: holes and stripes on the walls, a packed garbage room, maintenance that is bit lagging behind.

The property was clean, comfortable and located in a very convenient location.

Only complaint we had was with the bathroom showers not having safety grab bars. Two people in our party slipped while showering with one actually falling while getting out of the shower.

EVERYTHING, the house is exactly like a dream house with lots of space, rooms, and advanced household facilities.

The location is great. The sight seeing location is within walking distance. The manager of the apartment is friendly and response quickly.

There is no spare toilet paper/ tissue provided which make us very inconvenient. Moreover, the car park arrangement was a bit confusing. We were told that we can park the car until check out, however, we were asked to move the car by the garage owner in the morning. We then need to park the car somewhere, walk back to the apartment and do the packing, walk to the carpark again to drive the car to the apartment to load the luggages. Some coordination between the host and the garage owner is required to improve the parking experience.
