Location and the accommodation was inviting and tidy

The dishwasher is filthy covered in black mould and the trays in the cooker were not clean

This accommodation was very big, so much space for the kids to run around. Really good heating system, kept the place warm 24/7. Nicely decorated, great kitchen size and a really good price

Staff took a long time to reply back when I was having issues with the property. In saying that though someone did eventually get in contact with me - issues with the water supply for the whole house not coming through, which resolves on its own after 1hr but did delay us getting ready and leaving the house. Electricity tripping off which we originally thought was due to our blender we brought from home. Turns out the next day when it tripped off three more times that it was the left compartment of the toaster causing the problem. Dish washer has some really seriously bad mold problem and really is not very fit to be used. Mold also quite visible in the masters bathroom which was really off putting. Once we finally got them to come and fix the Netflix turns out it only works in the kitchen’s TV as the TV in the lounge isn’t a smart TV. Could really do with having Netflix available in the lounge that’s the best place for movie night, especially with kids. But as a whole I would say it is a good place to stay in Bath and with these changes it could be a great place to stay.

The property is beautiful, spacious and modern but too many negatives to want to stay again

Netflix was only available on the television in the kitchen so you’d have to watch it in the kitchen. There is 1 king size bed and the other 3 rooms are twin rooms with one room having 2 beds pushed together but is not a single. When we arrived the property hadn’t been cleaned and despite ringing the hosts around 12 times we hadn’t heard anything so we had to leave and stall till we heard back. We had a call back saying the property would be ready at 7pm, we were then told we’d get ‘compensation’ and that he’d ring back to discuss but we heard nothing at all. Really disappointed with the communication and the house being dirty from the previous people.

The house is very spacious, comfortably & well furnished & clean, the beds were really comfortable, the kitchen had most everything you needed, the outside facilities were good and it was it a quiet area at night. Also only 10 mins from city centre (walking). We would definatly stay again.

The only thing lacking in the kitchen was a teapot, but thats just me. No parking at the property (like so many city properties)but we knew that when we booked and had made plans and it didn't spoil our stay.

Where to park was unclear, a map would have been helpful. Lack of communication with owners when we had issues. No kettle for 24 hours and no toilet rolls on arrival.
