Location was great. Room and facilities is much better than average.

Spacious

A bit far from the centre, Balcony was full of cigarette butts Toiletries dispenser was broken and not refilled when we arrived

It was spacious, beds comfy and warm. Showers good.

Dishwasher had issues, some areas not clean (garden had cigarette butts). Parking - don’t waste your time trying to locate free parking- I used park and ride after unsuccessful search on the ‘free’ parking.

The location was perfect for getting into the centre. The house was clean and comfortable. There was a nice amount of space and light. Modern design. The towels were clean, neat, and good quality. The keys were easy to access and deposit - clear instructions re this. The host was very polite and helpful when some people turned up at the wrong address saying they'd been booked to stay - the emergency number worked well.

There was no toilet paper, and the hosts did not respond when messaging them. It got too hot, but we were told we could not adjust the heating - as the hosts had not responded re toilet roll we felt unable to request the heating be changed. One of the wardrobes had a broken mirror inside. The soap in the kitchen had not been replaced. The dispensers in the en suite were not labelled. There was a random punch bag in the garden.

The location was really near the centre but also very quiet. It took 10 minutes to walk into the centre of Bath. The house was very roomy and well equipped.

Parking was expensive for our stay, so needs to be factored in. We parked at Avon Road car park, which was a 5 minutes walk from the house and en route to town. We were able to park outside the house to drop off and pick up our luggage, so that helped.

Great location and spacious house! The beds were very comfy and the view from the balconies was nice. Good value for money and would stay again.

The kitchen was quite poorly equipped, for example there were only 7 forks for 8 guests! Fortunately I had brought some of my own glasses etc. They hadn’t finished cleaning the house when we arrived, even though it was over 2hrs after the check in time. They therefore didn’t clean everything before our stay and some things were dirty e.g used dirty baking trays still in the oven. The dishwasher didn’t work either.

Large property with lots of room.

Not cleaned on arrival. Looked like it had been left from previous occupants. Beds unmade, bins overflowing, dirty towels in bathrooms and bathrooms not cleaned. Response from owner non existent. Had to contact customer service before they contacted us. Then said they would clean the following day! Eventually after many telephone calls someone came at 9pm. No view from property unless on upper floor as behind row of terrace houses. Untidy courtyard gardens. Very disappointing and not worth the money paid.
