Big enough for 2 families with 1 toddler and 2 teenagers.

Parking was a nightmare. You have to wait at least 15 mins to get free parking or paid nearby. The reason we booked this is that I'm pregnant with toddlers, so we need somewhere to park right next to the property. When you see a property says free parking you think you can park right infront of the property not you have to walk 15 mins. Luckily, the garage owner let us park at this garage. There was some left cooked sausage inside the microwave oven, the dishwasher was full of dishes( it looked like a cleaner forgot to start as the dishwasher tabet was still there). I saw a big rat next door garden where it disappeared underneath the wall that is shared with next door. When I contacted the management team via phone but they didn't answer. Some marks on the towel. I wouldn't stay here again.

Amazing property that had everything, plenty of space, well appointed and perfect location! The property managers are also soo friendly and helpful!

Walking distance from railway station and city center. Quiet suburban street (but garage and workshop opposite). Particularly suitable for three-generation family gatherings and other large groups (up to 8 adults). A cot was provided when requested. Good quality towels. Comfortable beds.

Imagine standing with two preschoolers in the hot sun in front of a locked door. We tried to carefully follow the provided instructions to open the lockbox. Because this didn't work, we tried to ring the host. They did not reply, nor answer messages we sent. We then contacted booking.com, who also tried to contact the host. After some time we found out that the host had installed a new lockbox (a different type) on the other side of the entrance way, but had not updated the instructions to guests. Fortunately we managed to open the new lockbox after some trying. Finally, after we managed to get inside, the host rang to apologize. Then, when we entered the kitchen, we found a dishwasher full of half-washed dishes. We had to spend considerable time washing the gunk of some of the dishes manually. Then, in the bathrooms there were the usual dispensers for shower gel and shampoo, but they were all empty. All rooms were very hot. There were thermostats in each room but the instructions we had received said that we were not permitted to adjust those. The panels displayed the actual temperature, so we saw that the temperature in our bedroom went up to 27C in the middle of the night. To compensate, the host provided cooling fans with water evaporation in each room (the website referred to these as air-conditioning). They had some effect and dropped the temperature by 1-2 degrees, but were very noisy.

A modern new apartment house. Nice, clean and comfy. Walkable distance to the Roman bath and attractions.

There's no private parking under the property. The neighbour suggested we use the opposite MOT service car park as it was Sunday and we were leaving early morning the next day.

Lovely & modern, great location, plenty of room

Unbearably hot 26 degrees in the house, we contacted the hosts but sadly never got a reply until it was too late & we were checking out. The outside areas were a real let down especially the terrace, fab views but the space is unusable as it was covered in moss, bird poo & weeds. Some kitchen items also dirty.

Comfortable and spacious and easily fit a family of adults. Perfectly located within walking gdistance of the city centre (specifically The Mission Theatre which was the purpose of the vist) but away from the hustle and bustle

A couple of little niggles which I have passed on to owners. Lack of parking nearby. We had a blue badge but there was no advice as to where to park. We wound up at Charlotte Street as we knew that is free for blue badge. Bit of a walk but we could drop off and pick up outside the property. We will stay again, however
