"Disappointed"

5.0

Key box Code was not working, could not get the keys and property door was opened, contact facilities not reachable, could not communicate with host or any body. No car parking available, we paid penalty charges for car parking, very disappointing service.

Property facilities inside satisfied.

"Great location, we were at a gig at the Utilitia arena and was only a very short walk away, lovely decor and very clean"

"Excellent apartment and location with very comfy beds"

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. It is well located, only a short walk to pubs and restaurants in the Jewellery Quarter. It was quiet, clean, well furnished, and the beds were super comfy!

"Great 2 days in Birmingham doing city things, including wonderful Indian meal just round the corner."

Great location, 15 minutes walk from the centre of Birmingham, in a quiet street. Comfortable, spacious and clean. Two great bathrooms.

Kitchen a little basic - would be so nice to also have salt and pepper for example. Some fittings a bit rickety.
