A very good distance from the city centre and very nicely decorated

Unfortunately, upon my stay, the property had not been properly cleaned after the previous guests as I had found makeup on the walls mirrors tilted and broken drawings on the wall and makeup and hair appliances behind the sofa with a smell throughout the property and stains on the sheets and pillows leaving me wondering if anyone had even cleaned after the previous guests. I was told I would have to leave if I wanted a refund until being emailed later on that I would be compensated (surely I wouldn’t have to leave as the lack of cleanliness is not my fault).

Great location for the Utilita arena.. under 10 mins walk. Far better value for money than booking a hotel and allowed a group of friends to all be together/catch up. Nice apartment, contemporary and comfortable. Good communication from property owner ahead of arrival to make arrival pain free.

Exceptionally clean and facilities were fabulous. Everything catered for

Water wasn’t very hot Great for shower and washing up but couldn’t enjoy a hot bath Not a major problem but thermostats might need adjusting
