When I checked in there were stains on the bed sheet and also on the pillow. They did not change it. The toilet was not fully clean and the mug was broken. The wash basin had permanent stains and water not fully draining, always some water stays behind on the basin. dust bin was dirty. Mosquitoes freely roaming around. Suddenly the wooden cabinet door below the TV fell apart and I noticed it was stuck with a cello tape. I informed two times and the staff tried to put the same piece of tape back and it kept falling. I tried ordering a tea in the morning, it was not available till 8.20 am. I ordered breakfast by 9.15 and till my check out at 10.25 am, I did not get breakfast and I left without having. The staff just smiled, when I informed them. It is a very basic property, for those who are looking for some accommodation at this location. Close your eyes and spend the night, get out. I will never use this hotel again.

They have a working kitchen, so the food I ordered was good. Also, staffs are very good. The room with balcony gives you nice view and its really good except few things , if they overcome those it will be excellent.

The cleanliness, especially the curtains and other furnitures in room, seems to be never cleaned, it was extremely dusty. So, if you touch the curtains mistakenly you have to wash your hands. Also, the bedsheets are not washed properly.Morning hours there is no water , you have to remind them repeatedly to fill the water, which staffs must check themeselves . till 7 am no water.
