"Very bad experience."

First of all name is fake. They are using the name 'fortune' to misguide. Original fortune hotel is almost opposit to this property. There is nothing to like. Property is not a leagal hotel. It is a residential building converted in hotel illegaly. Property does not have a sign board due to hide their commercial activities from authority. Service is very poor.(I request for warm water at 6.30 AM but requset denied with the reason due to non kitchen hours. The water was served to me at 8.30 AM after 4 requests.) Staff is untrained an unprofessional. Food quality very poor. For Cleanness you can check images. Nothing is appreciable.

"Experience was ok"

Location was ok

1) Room was clean with full of mosquitos. 2) No sealed pack water bottle. They provided us with refilled ro water bottle. 3) Exhaust was not working in the washroom. And if u turn water tab then expect shower too. It seems both were interconnected. 4) Food was ok.

Very bad experience, highly priced, room rent should not be more than 2000 per night... no toiletries, dirty linen, smelly towel... etc
