me gusto la tranquilidad del sitio, tambien que se tenia cierta autonomia sin necesidad de estar pidiendolo directamente a un anfitrion presente, todo fue por medio del chat.

Very nice interior and all the amenities we needed. Big room, with lots of closet space and a big bathroom. We were very well informed about everything via WhatsApp, got great restaurant tips and it was easy to communicate with the staff. You can park (for free) in the street. If you park right in front of the building, it is within security camera range. It is easy to walk to the city center (10-15min) or several supermarkets and coffee shops outside the center (5-10min).

Only downside was the garden and pool area. The pool and garden didn’t look very appealing as there were construction materials in te garden and it wasn’t maintained very well. It looked somewhat old and grey and could use some color and some freshening up. But I guess they are working on that, hence the construction works. Would also be nice if there were some lounge beds. The chairs weren’t very comfortable for relaxing. Feel sorry to mention it, as the owners can’t do much about it, but there quite some noise nuisance from a barking dog. One day it started barking around 7am and didn’t stop until sometime in the evening. It was very unpleasant to stay at the accommodation and it was impossible to relax at the room or in the garden. The other they it also started around 7am, but it didn’t continue that long.

Camera fantastica! Tutta in stile orientale e con decorazioni originali. Grande, spaziosa e comoda! Terrazzo, bagno e camera perfetti per una coppia come noi! La casa è bellissima e gli spazi comuni sono super, tutto molto soddisfacente!

Great location, we could easily walk to Parque Santiago and throughout the Centro. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Martin and Rosalda were so kind to us, and my puppy Maple was very comfortable in the beautiful environment that has been created there. Truly a magical place and the highlight of my trip!

The house is located near the Parque Santiago and a 15-20 walk to the Plaza Grande. It is apart from the main tourist area, but still close enough to easily walk to the historical center. The house aesthetic is very interesting and funky. I quite liked it. Other than some firecrackers and partying during the 3 weeks I was there over the Christmas season, my room was always quiet. I liked having the coffee maker in the room.

The property is not very well maintained. To be fair, the owner responded when I had concerns (e.g. no hot water, a dripping tap keeping me awake, an unaccessible garden area due to lack of regular maintenance), but it would have been a more enjoyable stay if I hadn't felt like I needed to bring these things up on an ongoing basis. The person who cleans and oversees the property is challenging to deal with, making what are common requests such as getting the sheets changed or getting an extra towel a stressful negotiation. I appreciated access to a communal kitchen, but there was no regular cleaning done there over the 3 weeks I was there. I was very thankful that the other guest who used it was clean and tidy.

Decor was great. Kitchen was pretty well equipped. Host was helpful when I needed to find a doctor nearby.

It was difficult to remove the key from the door lock and when I reported it, I was met with disbelief by the maid and the host said "nothing I can do about it". This was a safety and access issue. There needs to be a water filter in the kitchen so that we can easily access potable water. They are not that expensive and it helps to keep your guests healthy. The maid was not very helpful and often contradicted herself. The pool could have been cleaned better. The pillows and bed weren't very comfortable. It was a bit too far for our liking to walk to city center - 20 minutes.
