Posizione ottimale, comoda per farmiglia con bambini. Si trova ad un isolato dall' acquario e pochi metri dai vari punti per il servizio di trasporto pubblico. Appartamento accogliente e pulito. Joanna subito dopo aver prenotato ci ha inviato tutte le informazioni necessarie per accedere in autonomia all' appartamento. Sempre disponibile e esaustiva a qualsiasi tipo di informazione. Super consigliato

"Soggiorno perfetto"

Abbiamo soggiornato qui 3 giorni, è stato davvero tutto perfetto. Posizione strategica con ogni tipo di negozio vicino. L’appartamento è moderno e nuovo, dotato di tutti i comfort, cucina super accessoriata con addirittura la lavastoviglie. Tv super, pulizia al top e bagno molto spazioso e comodo. In piú cosa non da poco, avendo il treno nel tardo pomeriggio, ci è stato offerto il deposito bagagli del tutto gratuito con la sala relax e bagno a disposizione per tutta la giornata. L’host Joanna di una gentilezza unica! La prossima volta che torneremo a Genova torneremo sicuramente a Rolli de Mar!!

"Very pleasant and comfortable oasis Genova"

I loved the layout , decor, perfect cleaning and the building itself. Very quiet with limited or no noise at night. Location is ( as every old town building ), a sort of labyrinth , but was very convenient and easy to reach from most of the key sports in the center. Even to get out and grab a taxi to airport I walked 7 minutes only to the square in front of the port

It lacks a bit of natural light as the windows face an inner part of the building, but they high ceilings compensate for that. Having to leave cash for the taxes can be a bit of inconvenience if you forget about it before going home or closing the door. However , the host found alternative for me to pay later
