The accommodation was very well presented, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and just a short walk from the center. We had good communication with the Host and accessing the building and apartment was very easy.

Apartament was clear and cosy, the landlady solved a problem about wifi, because it has stopped working and also helped to find a place, it was complicated to find it. Everything was good.

The sofa it is not comfortable for sleeping and location is a bit complicated to find. Lack of windows, any windows to outside just inside building so it makes a bit dark inside. But overall it was good.

Amazing apartment! Joanna is so kind and caring person. Everything shows that guests are really welcomed here. The apartment perfectly clean, cozy and comfortable. In addition here were coffee, different flavors of tea and bottles of water in refrigerator. I enjoyed my staying here too much.

The nice decoration cannot cover the fact that the sheet and pillow cover has not been replaced, on which there‘s still the residual hair. We had to use scotch tape to remove it. It also smells.

The location was perfect, quiet yet in the heart of the old town. The studio was perfect for 2, with good amenities, a comfortable bed, and immaculately clean. Throughout our stay our host was truly helpful in checking in, and saving us when we locked our key in the apartment. Amazing communication before and during our stay. Thank you.

Central location. Quiet studio apartment. Spotlessly clean. Well equipped kitchen with some basic supplies ( olive oil, balsamic vinegar etc). Comfortable bed. Extremely helpful owners. Clear instructions for entry.

Washing machine is in the basement, you need to supply your own washing powder, and are unable to buy on site.

Fantastic location just in the middle of Genoa's old town! Info for food lovers -there is a lovely restaurant Locanda Spinola about 40 metres from the apartments and a great pizzeria just around the corner😃 The apartment is VERY clean and really well looked after.The host is very nice and very helpful.Communication with him has probably been my best experience of this kind😄 Nothing was a problem!(I had a special request for my wife's birthday and I asked a lot of questions too)😄😄

Near to the port, excellent small flat

Not the biggest for 4 people, but perfect for 2. Research the area before you stay.

The hosts were lovely and the apartment was modern and in the heart of Genoa old town so walking to places like Piazza De Ferrari and via Garibaldi was very quick and easy. There were also lots of shops and cafe’s nearby. The property was clean and the building it is in is very aesthetic inside and secure. We would definitely go back here if we are ever in Genoa again.
