The dirty glass at the side of the bed on arrival The television didn't work Traffic was noisy Settee and chairs really uncomfortable

"Superb"

The host left some apples and chocolate biscuits for us, there was plenty of loo roll, soap, dish towels etc. There was a shelf of books and games to borrow from. Beds were comfy and flat cosy. Parking outside was great.

Unfortunately there was issues with the TV/Freeview, an engineer was meant to fix it but didn't turn up. This didn't really impact our stay as we were out most of the time and as there was still WiFi our daughter used her tablet to watch her programme instead.

It was clean and convenient

Some basic essentials in the kitchen were lacking and the sofa wasn’t the comfiest. ( personal preference). Shame the tv was not working at all.

"Lovely Airy Apartment"

Lovely airy apartment a short walk from Whitby centre. It had everything we needed. Communication with Adrian was great throughout!

The apartment is not far from centre and as it has parking, you are not struggling for a parking space. Inside it is basic but has what you need for a nice trip away. We spent alot of time in Whitby over our weekend so it is good for a base and it was very clean.

Unfortunately we found the TV didn't work, it wouldnt tune, but as we were out all the time this wasn't too much to our inconvenience. It is a fair walk up a hill, so anyone with walking issues may find this hard going. It wasn't very well signposted and was tricky to find initially.
