"Pleasant"

Great location. Helpful host. Comfy beds.

Needs a deep clean. Had trouble with heating and hot water not working. No teresteral TV. TV screen was damaged in corner, but wasn't really a problem.

The flat was way better than I expected for it being the cheapest in the area. There was a problem withe heating which they fixed immediately, within 2 hours.

"Fun getaway but unclean and dated flat!"

Check in and out was very easy, very handy parking and a good location. Had a great time in Whitby!

The property was not clean enough whatsoever, I had to hoover all the carpets myself and clean the fridge, the toilet was also very dusty (and this is coming from a uni student!). Some lights weren’t working and a fairly dated interior.

"Value for money, quiet property"

Free parking and close to the town centre, was only a 12 minute walk however is a steep bank into town to be aware of for those that may struggle. Lovely host and perfect for our family mini break

Tiny bit of an update needed, but nothing that impacted our stay. We would happily stay again

The apartment was lovely, the Christmas tree was an added nice touch.

The apartment was very cold, think this could be easily resolved by the radiators being bled as they did not get warm. The double duvet needs replacing in the main bedroom, it had little filling in it. There is an issue with the shower tray not draining properly which could cause flooding the bathroom. Otherwise the apartment wax great we enjoyed the stay.
