"Well equipped apartment with convenient parking in a good location but needed a deep clean & TLC"

Great to have parking and to be fairly close to the town centre. It was convenient & easy to get in. It was a nice size, well equipped and my son loved the bunk beds.

It needed a deep clean and some TLC. The Kitchen table was too sticky to use despite me cleaning it twice and one of the Living room chairs had broken. Could have done with a cheap vacuum left there for customer use.

A lovely apartment setting, all the family loved spending time here. The proprietors were extremely helpful and kind. Facilities were great and the whole apartment was very clean and comfortable! Would definitely recommend!

If you're going to go for a walk, it is a steep climb to get back to the apartment afterwards!

Good location and parking

No hot water from the taps, contacted landlord who just stated that it must be water pressure. Meant it was difficult to wash dishes and have a quick wash as had to use electric shower.

Facilities were good area was good apartment was a good size.

Owned and cleaned by 2 brothers and the cleanliness showed, cobwebbs in dble bedroom, couldnt open 2nd bedroom window, thin mattress , whole place especially bathroom was musty/foisty living room chair broken and NO hot water to either sink, on the whole for the price it was ok but needs a little love &attention, and we lwft it cleaner than when we arrived.q1

Great location, parking availability. Would stay here again if we came back to Whitby

Door code entry was a little confusing. Numbers had to be aligned just above the line rather than on it like other key boxes I have used before but Adrian responded straight away and advised on this and in the grand scheme of things it was an irrelevant issue.

"Short break"

Excellent apartment, comfy and well appointed. Towels and teatowls very useful we'd forgotten them! Also hot drinks were available we just bought some milk. Beds comfy, parking space and absolutely bonus as it can be very busy in town. Overall 10/10 on all counts in our humble opinion. Owner good communications too! We'll definitely return.
