Eye on the Politeama - L'occhio sul Politeama

We liked absolutely everything: the location very close to the center, but still away from noise, the way the apartment was arranged and equipped, the outdoor terrace with the spectacular orientation, the logistical support offered by the hosts and even the cafe across the street completed the whole pleasant experience. All the descriptions provided by other tourists were not exaggerated and this location is recommended for those who want a beautiful experience in Palermo.

We had two problems: the set of keys to the apartment is designed so that you can't leave without turning off the electricity, so you can't let someone sleep in the apartment, because you can't enter until you wake them up, and the second problem was the management of the garbage disposal according to the schedule displayed on the refrigerator door, which we never managed to respect (between 7:00 PM and 7:30 PM, the garbage was taken out outside the door, in certain categories, only on a certain day), so we gradually emptied it into the trash cans on the street.

Divan bleu de la photo de l annonce remplacé par un BZ d une place et demie avec un manque de confort évident pour 2 adultes. Propreté du linge de maison qui laisse à desirer(certains oreillers avec des auréoles pas de protège oreiller. Les draps prour le divan avec une odeur désagréable et des tâches, draps de bain vieux avec des trous...). Manque une serviette pour lavabo... Machine à laver vétuste avec du moisi et emplacement sur un balcon très étroit. Pas de fer à repasser alors qu il y a une planche à repasser Dommage !!

La posizione, il terrazzo molto piacevole, lo stabile elegante e silenzioso, lo staff molto reattivo per qualsiasi esigenza

Very clean, well furnished, spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, perfectly at the center of the city.

Efficient and prompt communication from Simona & Mario, perfect location and spacious apartment. Loved the terrace.

Electricity key inseparable from door key. If someone leaves the apartment and needs to take the key, leaves the others with no electricity (like shower...etc). Second door to the terrace wouldn't open, inconvenient to marching through the other room where ppl sleep. Few parts would need some TLC, like bathroom door or shower holder, and the bed is not too comfortable.
