"apartment disappointing, visiting places around Birmingham, absolutely great"

so close to gas street basin

Dirty, Damaged and not the Swanky Apartment as advertised. Holes in the wall, dirty fridge with stale milk and rusty door. Half eaten snacks left in the cupboard and dirty utensils. Hair in the shower and a broken shower head. Broken flush on the toilet and towel rail not working. Half drank bottle of wine left in the boiler. Owner tried to cancel when we were half an hour away after travelling almost four hours saying there was a water leak. On arrival the leak wasn’t recent and a huge stain in the second bedroom. Also there was no privacy in the second bedroom as the curtain was missing.

"Perfect location"

The apartment is in a great location and is everything you need for a short stay.

Unfortunately the boiler wasn't working and we weren't able to get any hot water. However I contacted them and they were quick to get in touch to try and solve the problem.

Property was very clean. Beds were so comfy. Short walk to broad street. Everything we needed for an overnight stay. Would recommend this apartment.

Shower does not fit on holder, need additional pillows for 2nd bedroom & the option to close the room for privacy.
