It was very vlose yo the venue.

A lot of broken things in the flat, window handle was broken, bedroom cabinet drawer was also broken, Under the bed was not swept for ages. Someone was smoking weed in the flat, drifting through the broken window we couldn't shut. A few damaged parts on the kitchen work top. Still waiting for my deposit back of 120 pounds. Have sent a message and yet still no reply.

It was clean, tidy, comfortable, good location. Staff are friendly and helpful! Great location close to everything!

"Lovely, it did the job!"

Big living room area. Comfortable beds and sofa. Great communal areas. Great kitchen. Lovely shower and shower amenities.

The water dispenser didn’t work very well. There was no privacy curtain for the bedroom that joined to the kitchen and living room.

"Lovely stay,good location,clean and comfortable"

Fabulous apartment really close to everything. Clean,comfortable and everything we needed. Host was helpful and responsive. Panicked when we got a message day before for a deposit but was all sorted and returned promptly. Would definitely book again.

Do not stay here. We arrived to a dirty apartment: used bath mats, bedding not changed on one of the beds (full of hair) dirty baking tray with chips on in the oven, no bin bags provided and dust on most surfaces. There was one thin pillow on each bed so had an uncomfortable night's sleep. We raised the issues with the owners and they sent someone around while we were out to change the bedding, bath mats and brought a new baking tray. They didn't however bring more pillows and bin bags, as they said they would, so it was another uncomfortable nights sleep. I would always rather give a place chance to put things right instead of complaining afterwards but they were unable to do this fully. When I raised this with them after the stay, they offered us just £30 as compensation and this still hasn't been received.
