Swanky Central Apartment with Free Wifi (Sleeps 4)

Location is the only good thing about this property.

The property was significantly damaged and broken on arrival (the toilet seat, flooring, beds, lights etc) and the host was very difficult to get hold of. I’m still yet to receive my deposit refund which was supposed to be sent upon checkout. However, it’s been almost a month and the host is not responding to and calls/messages. Terrible service and I’ve never experienced this in my many years booking via this platform.

the bed in one bedroom was broken and unusable , the landlord said they would refund something for this but never did - had to sleep on the floor with the cockroaches! the flat was damaged , walls punched in and dirty , don't believe what you read in the description i had to pay £120 security deposit - 2 months later i still haven't received this back - Booking.com have said they will pay this and get it back from the landlord but they haven't paid either Avoid this place like the plague - he landlord is deceitful and dishonest and you will suffer

Scam and fraud by them not refunding the mandatory deposit. Looks like this is known and nothing done about it. Over a month on no refund from the venue and Booking.com unhelpful moving the goal posts and deflect responsibility. Holes in the wall, bad smell.

You pay a £120 deposit for damages which is understandable, HOWEVER over a week later I still have not received this back. It appears they have just taken my money! I’ve tried to contact the owners multiple times and they will not answer the phone or messages. On arrival The “swanky apartment” had two enormous holes in the wall and The one bed was a mattress on the floor. The bathroom was filthy and the plug was full of hair. For £138 & £120 deposit it is Just an awful place to stay. Would NOT RECOMMEND

Whoever owns this business is a scammer and a fraud. After paying for the accommodation, a day to check-in I got a message asking for £120 deposit before I receive information about access to the apartment, which I paid for. Upon checkout, which I did within the time, I made sure the house was clean and kept as the way I kept it(also took pictures of the cleaning). They have refused to refund my deposit. Initially saying they were having difficulty with refund. THEY WON'T REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT L, DONT FALL VICTIM
