Perfect for our 'last minute', two night getaway! Had all the facilities we needed. Well positioned to walk straight onto the beach via the Reserve next door, short walk along to the Four Square one way and the group of shops/cafes the other. Yes, the Bathroom's 'compact' but worked just fine (great shower). Mattress is slightly thinner/firmer than we're used to & with being on the main road there is traffic noise but neither of these affected getting a good nights sleep. Hospitable hosts and absolute 'value for money'. Would we stay again - For Sure :)

Paul, the host, was very welcoming and knowledgeable. He made check in a breeze and has even turned on our electric blankets and heat pump so it was very comfortable for us when we arrived.

We didn’t have any dislikes at all, it was perfect for what we needed.
