Captain's Quarters East Nashville, Tn (Five Point)

The location was fantastic. Lots of restaurants in walking distance and a reasonable Uber ride to broadway street. Very nice amenities! I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Hard to enumerate: a perfect dream house, ideal for large gatherings. Plenty of great meeting spaces, private sleeping spaces, kitchen and supplies all well stocked. Easy to access and great support from the owners.

I liked everything. So we will definitely choose this home for a future event.

The house was beautiful, very clean and fit our big group perfectly!

One of the bathroom doors didn’t lock.

Very cozy neighborhood with lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Nice tall ceilings and kitchen was well stocked if you want to cook. Beds and couches were very comfortable.

The downstairs bathroom shower is very small but the upstairs shower is plenty big. I would have liked the front doors and back door to be covered with blinds or curtains. We felt like anyone could see in all the way through the house.

The owners were very friendly and made communication a breeze! The house was very nice, and plenty of space for our 9 person family!

Probably the location and how many people walk up and down the streets at all hours of the night. Our family comes from a rural small town, so thats probably just our own discomfort.

Everything was so incredibly sizable and unique. Absolutely humongous and all the amenities. Private driveway parking and very happening neighborhood with walk to restaurants and stores.

I can’t say a negative thing!

This place is huge! We had 3 kids under the age of 6 and they loved playing hide and seek and exploring the house. The house was really well decorated and felt very homey. The kitchen was fantastic and had all the utensils, cookware, dinnerware, etc. Really appreciated the coffee selection and that their were plenty of paper towels, trash bags and fresh linens! I absolutely love the location. I lived near Nashville for over 15 years and could not believe how quickly we were able to get downtown from the 5 Points Area. There were also a lot of restaurants within walking distance that we loved.

This property exceeded my expectations in almost every way. To be super picky, I think the downstairs shower and tub could use an up date but it did work fine.
