Felt safe, great parking, cool house, location fit my needs, everything was there you could possible need, amazing back yard, and host very responsive.

Consider curtain over back door.

Very spacious and relaxing pet friendly house in a great neighborhood 10 mins from downtown. Quiet area with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Owner provided great recommendations for dinner our first night. Highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Nashville, especially large families.

The location was brilliant, and the owner was super friendly and helpful. He let us stay later than check-out time and was always really responsive to questions etc

There are 4 bedrooms (it says 5 on the booking.com advert). We moved some mattresses into the front room as we were 5 couples so it wasn't a problem for us, but just to note.

The house was very comfortable for our small group of four women. Would have been equally comfortable if our husbands were with us and we were a group of eight. It felt like we were staying with friends. Lots of space for gathering but also lots of spaces if you wanted quiet time away from others. Loved the rocking chairs on the porch. People walking by would wave and say hello. James, our host, was very responsive and friendly when we had questions. If we return to Nashville we would stay here again.

Can't think of anything we didn't like.

The area around the property had lots of places to eat and walk around. Downtown and Broadway was a quick Uber trip.
