"Lovely large house in a great location"

Very big house with lots of space and rooms. Outdoor verandas front and rear which were nice to sit out on. Very clean. Location is excellent near five points in East Nashville - lots of pubs and restaurants in the vicinity and an easy Uber ride into the city.

Didn't affect us but worth noting that there aren't five bedrooms. There are three bedrooms with another three beds in an open plan area upstairs.

The property was beautiful and very spacious for our group of 6. The area was excellent for places to eat and drink and very walkable from the house. James was an excellent host, one of our party left cash and credit cards behind in the property, he sent it by UPS to our next location, what a guy! I cannot recommend the house highly enough, everything you would need, it’s there. All in all an excellent it was a perfect home from home.

Perfect for our group of old girlfriends owner Jimmy was so accommodating . Also drives Uber so took us downtown for CMA to avoid traffic gave us lots of stories and hints about Nashville house is well stocked. Decorated well and very cute new kitchen. Location was perfect -felt very safe!!
