GBWell kept property which was clean & had everything we needed on arrival, including washing up stuff & tea and coffee!
There isn’t a single thing I could comment about which I didn’t like, it was all brilliant!
GBThe booking was cancelled at very short notice, only after I had to repeatedly chase the owner for information. I had to inform Booking.com myself of this update. Very poor service and communication.

No spare toilet roll or cleaning products. Cobwebs around doors and windows felt like accommodation wasn’t checked prior to arrival. No aight map or facility instructions provided
GBVery clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and a great amount of room to cook an evening meal. Heating worked well as it was a chilly weekend. Beautiful views of the lake. Great shower.
It was very difficult to find in the dark and a long walk to the main road. Could have done with a idiots guide for the accommodation which we couldn't find for heating, TV etc.

everything was dirty ne there were pets hair everywhere in the property the hot tub was not turned when we came the owner said cleaned will come but didn’t came and after that owner didn’t answer our calls we had to clean it ourself Everything is bad I would recommend everyone not to book this property

Unfortunately was sold as a break for 6 adults when 4 of the beds are only suitable for children so two of us barely slept the whole time. The kettle leaks. The hot tub had a musty smell. No doormat inside so struggled in the wet with trying to keep the floor dry. Some areas not clean, found leftover dog treats and rubbish when looking around.

We had the booking for Christmas....First day we had to call the contact number because we couldn't get in the lodge...after that the hot tub had cold water so we couldn't use it.Inside the lodge cobweb, dust, no toilet paper, some of the plates and kitchen utensils were greasy and dirty and the linen was missing from some beds and where they existed it was really dirty. So we called again the contact number and they asked US to change the linen but we couldn't find enough of them for the whole family (2 kids+ 2 adults).So on Christmas Eve we changed linen so we can sleep. And also we didn't had any towels and the bathrooms were dirty and damaged... Also the view to the lake ...no such thing...you are in the second row from the lake. About the acces to the entertainment...we didn't have at all...they send us the pass for that available from the day we had to check out.If you don't ask for it you won't have access. After this "pleasant" staying at this " wonderful " place they message us to tell us that we didn't clean the place as it would be our obligation.
