Asunto oli siisti, jopa parempi miltä kuvista näyttää. Mercadona ja Lidl aivan nurkan takana, samoin Dia. Lähellä paljon kivoja puistoja. Rantaan 20 min kävelymatka, mutta ei haitannut. Ei lähistöllä muita turisteja, joten saimme olla rauhassa paikallisten keskuudessa. Hissitön talo, joten hyvää porrastreeniä. Talossa ei mitään häiritseviä ääniä. Kiva kun parvekkeen edessä oli puisto. Omistajan kanssa viestittely oli mutkatonta.

Buena atención por parte de la casera.Piso amplio, calefacción en todas las habitaciones.Hay algunos productos de limpieza, higiene o alimentación que puedes utilizar como por ejemplo lavavajillas, champú,tampax,talco, café, aceite, etc Y todo tipo de menaje.

No me gustó el ambiente de la zona.Muy complicado el aparcamiento y un tercer piso sin ascensor

L'appartamento era molto pulito, e dotato di aria condizionata ,wi fi, lavatrice, phon utensili da cucina e prodotti per la pulizia..la posizione è buona..non in centro ma comunque volendo è raggiungibile a piedi circa 2 km.come anche la spiaggia.nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono tutte le comodità come farmacia, alimentari...il proprietario di una gentilezza unica, sempre disponibile.Ha gestito tutta l'organizzazione da remoto a partire dalla consegna chiavi alle istruzioni su depuratore,wi fi ecc...

Letto matrimoniale un po piccolino ma comunque comodo, sarebbe stato bello avere anche la lavastoviglie e un bidet. La luce saltava spesso anche con solo il piano a induzione attivo ma si riattivata senza difficoltà.

"Było fajnie mimo tej odległości od centrum."

Lokalizacja jest katastroficzna, wszędzie daleko a w upale powyżej 30 stopni to ciągnie się droga strasznie

W łazience i małym balkonie smród. Kupiłam odświeżacz powietrza automatyczny i było ok w łazience aż pachniało i smrodu nie było. Małego balkonu nie otwierałam gdzie pralka była. Na placyku przed kamienica codziennie do godziny 4 rano ciągle jakieś imprezy a niby cisza nocna od 20:00-8:00. A tak to super Mieszkanie czyste ładne i duże.

"Mala zona, pero económico."

El precio

Trato totalmente impersonal, sin ver al anfitrión ni si quiera hablar por teléfono, solo WhatsApp, la zona es mala y aparcar imposible. 3° sin ascensor, los olores, los colchones malos.
