Квартира чистая. Есть вся необходимая мебель и техника.

Неприятный запах на всю квартиру из туалета. Если оставил приоткрытую дверь в туалет во время ухода из квартиры, вонь будет стоять невыносимая. Постоянно выключалось электричество из-за перегруза, хотя особо ничего не работало вместе. Вай фай не работал вообще. Припарковаться нереально, 15 минут катаешься возле дома, что бы найти место.
