Gorgeous, clean apartment with everything we needed. Clear instructions and fabulous hosts. We look forward to returning in the future.

The property was absolutely gorgeous, when you walk through the door it really feels like you are the first person to have stayed there - everywhere was lovely and clean. The kitchen is really well equipped with top-notch appliances and both the kitchen and bathroom had high quality supplies of handwash, washing up liquid, shower supplies etc. The TVs are also high quality and the Roberts DAB radio is a lovely touch too. Thank you for the lovely hamper, we enjoyed everything in it! We were able to park in the next street, just a couple of minutes walk away. The flat is also only a few minutes walk into the centre of Filey, perfect for a quiet weekend away!

Just that we had only booked two nights and wish we could have stayed longer!

The location. Reasonably priced. Exceptional value for money. Beautiful accommodation top notch with everything you need and to top it all a well stocked hamper on arrival. Comfy beds like sleeping on clouds.

Not a lot else to say that others haven’t already said - except that all the positives are true! Fantastic location, felt like home, wonderful local people in the shops, cafes and pubs made us feel very welcome. Our girls loved the movie collection, puzzles and toys. The kitchen is very well equipped and we were able to cook up some fine local produce. We will be staying again :)

This was a very comfortable and pleasant place to stay. It had everything we needed and the welcome basket was fantastic. It is in a good location, you can walk down past the old church to the beach front in ten minutes. We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely return if we go back to Filey.

We couldn't park nearby as it was the Easter holidays and so we parked about 15 minutes walk away. But we didn't use our car during our stay so it wasn't a problem.
