Private driveway - close to Warwick Racecourse & Warwick Castle!!

House was clean and well presented

Giving over driving licence details, never had to do that before, and having a charge on my credit card for a additional deposit.

The location was excellent. Walking distance to the town centre and the castle. Very clean property and the owners had thought about providing everything that you need for a great stay.

No en-suite upstairs although there is small shower and toilet provided downstairs.

Plenty of room for our family, lovely and spacious rooms. Walking distance to the town, restaurants, and Warwick Castle. Very well equipped. Just what we needed.

The location was fantastic - easy to get to from a wedding reception venue 8 minutes drive away, and perfect for walking into the town centre. Parking on the drive for 3 vehicles with ample space. Inside, the space worked really well for us all, and we particularly appreciated hard floors downstairs, so we didn't have to worry about little ones dropping or spilling things at the table. We also liked the outside space - not a garden exactly, but more of a patio area and quite sufficient for us. We loved all the books/toys/games/puzzles, which were enjoyed by our 3 year old granddaughter. Hosts were easily contactable via email, (though not by the mobile number which was provided).

Hated the artificial fragrance which hit us as soon as we walked through the door. I turned off the one plugged into the electric socket in the hallway, but there were diffusers all over the place. It's not good to be breathing in those chemicals, and is the one thing that would put me off booking again. The house is tastefully furnished, but we had to do a sweep of the place as soon as we arrived, to put all fragile and breakable items out of harm's way, as we had two little ones in tow.

Well equipped and nicely decorated. Very warm and cosy.

More storage/surfaces in the bedrooms (small comment).
