Private driveway - close to Warwick Racecourse & Warwick Castle!!

I can't rate this property enough. It's clean, modern and has everything you need for a home away from home break. It's so well laid out.They've even thought of entertainment for both adults and children, in the form of games, books and magazines. The welcome pack was much appreciated too. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are really comfy. My grandchildren absolutely loved the attic room, which they insisted was theirs as soon as they first saw it. Ideally situated for visiting Wawick Castle and Stratford. We plan on returning in the future.

The House definitely met expectations. Plenty of room, very clean with all the facilities we needed. A great deal of effort has been spent in making this an attractive and comfortable property to stay. I contacted the hosts with questions several times before our visit - they answered promptly and were very helpful every time. The welcome basket was a nice touch. We would most definitely book this again.

If I had to be 'picky' I would say a few of the decorative items (mostly in the bedrooms) could have been 'sacrificed' in order to give a little more space to 'store' or place things. We are all avid, spectacle wearing, book readers who drink a lot of water and also have iPads and there wasn't quite enough space bedside for everything in all the rooms. But, as I say, this is a tiny criticism.

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and an easy 15 minute walk I to Warwick to the castle. It is also very close - 5 minute walk if that to the racecourse which we passed on our way into Warwick. They had provided dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, tea coffee etc which is always good especially as we were only staying one night.
