Colombo 07 Charming Home Stays

The location was great. Close to restaurants/cafes and overall a nice area to walk around and explore. Gayathri was a kind, responsive host and was lovely to have a conversation with. The space was spacious, clean and very aesthetically done up. Would highly recommend staying here! There’s no doubt you’ll enjoy it and have a good time.

Spacy room, all was clean and tidy, library in the room.

- location at Google Maps does not correspond to the actual location of the hotel, so it was hard to find it, also there is no signs outside, so to find it we have to use picture of the gates and entrance uploaded at Booking; - breakfast is basic and not so big; - in my room, one of the blinds was not working. As the window went to the shared area, my room can be seen directly from kitchen. Also, because of that at night it was not dark in the room because of the light from the stairs. There was not so much other guests during my stay, so for me it was not a big problem, but better to check.

Besides beautiful linen and a comfortable bed, there was a frig in the room, rock solid wifi, a lounge to socialize, and a small kitchen if you wish to cook. A great location and a hostess who was extremely helpful with city information, and any other global issue you wanted to talk about:)

I had a very warm welcome and some lovely conversations and helpful advise. The room was cute with a large, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Also loved that the AC was working very well in this hot city :). Quiet area, not too far from the city centre. Would def recommend!

We loved everything! Particularly the layout and the wonderful company of the host.

Big spacious bedroom and decent sized bathroom. The bed was super comfortable and the sheets and pillows were of a very high-quality indeed. The hosts were very kind and helpful and overall just delightful people to have a chat with. The location is very up market and perfect for going and doing any sightseeing in Columbo.

Books and quiet environment..

The property was super cozy, private and quiet! The owner took the time to give us a short tour of the room and explained everything. We felt very welcomed. 10/10 would recommend this property
