Paihia By the Sea

The apartment was lovely, very spacious and right near the sea and excellent views. Handy for local bars and boat trips.

The kitchen knives were not very sharp for cutting up vegetables and the frying pan wasn't very good.

The apartment was great, clean and new. The bed, the pool was awesome, allocated parking was great. The best was the location of the apartment, you could not get any better. Everything was just minutes away, all the restaurants, bars, the ferries all within walking distance. Absolutely loved this place, would recommend it to anyone.

location great. short walk to everything. plenty space in unit no complaints. unit very clean Bed soft.

not a complaint but for disabled person bring your own shower stool as nothing provided. The street is easily accessed from unit by a number of steps Not wheelchair friendly unfortunately Disabled person needs to navigate the pool area (two hard to open gates) take lift down to underground parking then up steep ramp. Not an option really without a helper.

The standard was high and a great location

Fabulous apartment. Central location by the shops, ferry and beach. Would highly recommend.

A vehicle was parked in our alloted space and we had to park in another space which we thought may cause a problem, but was ok.
