Very clean, all furnishings seems new, close to a supermarket, comfy beds, complete kitchen wares, fast internet 🛜, a garage to park
Nothing at all. But probably improvement is to provide clothing pegs so people who wash clothes can hang them outside

Pillow is not comfortable, the owner should try these pillows then realize how uncomfortable it is, sofa is not comfortable, the stove is not working, it can not ignite, I have to buy a lighter to ignite it .upstairs is super hot in the afternoon, I doubt if this house have good insulation.

Near amenities, foodies and quite
The host didn’t or was late to respond to our query. First night was a nightmare as it was so hot till morning, 3 rooms were without fans/ac/windows with safety opening. Ventilation was limited at least in 2 rooms. The host responded after the second night and was unable to provide solution. We stayed 4 nights but be we given only one bath towel each without a change. Cleaning needs were limited, bathroom mat WAS NOT ABSORBENT & without spare. Mob and cleaning towels were not provided, hence we were not able to dry our bathrooms properly. We bathe twice a day and bathrooms are without windows. The expected problem came the 3rd day a yellowish looking stain appeared in the bathroom that I suspected leakage from the toilet and notify the host. The way the host handled the problem was to our upmost shocked and disappointment. First they called the plumber and arrange to meet at an agreed time BUT they proceed to enter the unit earlier without prior permission from us, which is illegal. THE WORST WAS THAT THEY REQUESTED US TO BEAR THE COSTS AMOUNTING TO NZD300 for plumber; NZD125 ON EXTRA CLEANING FEE OF ONE BATHROOM ONLY!!! Horrendous experience! All would not happened if the host could provide sufficient cleaning needs! Plus, the unit does not provide dryer!
