The property manager's humility to apologize for failure to prepare the place before our arrival was appreciated. The place was close to the venue where we held our church event.
The place was not ready when our group arrived. We were told that they forgot we were booked on that day, which I think was a clear oversight on the part of the property manager. We had to wait for an hour for the cleaners to arrive. It was uncomfortable for our group who wanted to rest after a long day's event.
