ESImmediately after charging you the full amount in advance they tell you all the things they demand from you such as a painful online questionairre.. while threatening that you wont be able to check in unless you meet all their demands. There is no host on site and the key system is very inconvenient. To get in you need to keep moving your phone around until it finally clicks. Sometimes it can take a long time. Everyone has to have a mobile phone and you have to install the app. They could instead provide some key cards for your stay but don't. The whole system operates at the convenience of the host so that no one has to be there and it is all very inconvenient for the guests. They quickly locked us out at 10am sharp and we hung around the whole day trying to get back in to get a left item but it was never possible. Later they wanted 50 euros to post it.
