SEOne thing worth mentioning except that the flat is lovely. The none working key system and that our access to the apartment was delayed with an hour., due to malfunction in the phone based keysystem.. The back up system with physical cards didn't work either. Eventually we got help from a most kind local technician at the apartment with some keys cards..

We could not find info about WIFI login. We emailed twice but got no answer. The info that Åre Ski Sanctuary is the hotel still branded as Tott was not clear. This creates confusion. We were lucky to meet one staff by accident, that's how we found the room. The information about how to get keys etc could me much more concrete. Checking out at 10:00 is ok but many guests ski on the day of departure. A luggage room with access to a toilet and maybe some place to change clothes would be a big improvement. The only toilet we found, next to the office, was locked. So overall, a great stay and I might come back again. I realize the ambition to reduce overhead cost, need for staff etc but there is a limit when the level of service becomes to low. You have some things to work on. :-)
