Are Alpine Retreat 6-Guest Ski Apt with Sauna

Excellent location. Clean and spacious apartment. Comfortable rooms. There is a walkbridge connecting the apartment complex and the ski lift. Only 50m from the front door to the closest lift.

Expensive parking. While communicating with the staff via the app, there were several oddities. For example, the staff thought the apartment was located in Stockholm and not in Östersund, Åre. We also paid extra so we could have a late checkout, but our keys to the apartment were nevertheless disabled at the original checkout time. We tried to make sure this didn't happen by reminding the staff to extend the time the electronic keys would be usable. We were reassured that everything is in order, but this was not the case. Eventually we managed to resolve the situation with their support.

Fantastic apartment with a beautiful view. Close to slope restaurants and stores. Would definitely recommend this!!!

location was perfect and the apartments in good condition

we thought we rented two similar apartments. but the pictures on the booking.com website was only from the other apartment. that one obviously matched very well the description and the pictures. but the other apartment did not match the pictures at all. in the other apartment the living room was less than half the size of the one in the pictures. and none of the bedrooms had windows in that apartment, despite the pictures were all taken from bedrooms with windows. It is very misleading to market both of the apartments we rented with only the pictures from the larger and better apartment.

Good location for the ski lifts, views of the runs & frozen lake. Super warm apartment ours was on ground level; on 4th floor ski room & bridge from apartments to the slopes. Good online communication, mobile entrance app on phones worked well, loaded before arrival.

As other comments mentioned - toaster, plus extra sized frying pans & saucepans would be good, also a dustpan & brush. Shame nearby parking expensive struggled at times for spaces.

The accommodation fully met what was described and also my own expectations. The location is excellent. A short walk to the ski lift and the village services nearby. The apartment itself was really like new and as a bonus a great view of the village. Contact with the host also worked great if there were any questions. Although there weren't many because everything was as promised. I can only recommend it!

The apartment is spacious and beautiful, the beds comfortable and the view amazing. We loved the private sauna. Make sure you have internet connection for access to the room with the key-app.

We have been to Åre many times and Tott is such a good choice for easy slope access and the view that is amazing. These apartments are decorated nicely and offers a lot of space!

Only thing missing is cleaning gear such as vacuum cleaner or broom. It would be nice with a restaurant but I think they chose to not have it anymore. Bedrooms had no windows but it was not bothering us much.

Think it is a shame that these very very nice apartments wasnt equipped for ski equipment (there were plenty of room for it). It will rather quickly show on the wear and tear of especially hallways but also apartments that i.e. corners on walls arent protected as well as wallpaper. More kitchen equipment would be nice as well.
