Small thing but other bed was missing bed linens and there wasn't any hand towel paper available. Coffee machine was the cheapest model and apartment was lacking also laundry detergent.

Was charged twice and very little help from personal and costumer service with that. Digital platforms very unmature for locks, bookkeeping and ID-service. The appartement was not the one shown in the add. No Windows in bedrooms. Very restrictive contract.

Key entry system was terrible. Items were broken in apartment, lights, curtains hanging off rails and the last occupants rubbish in the cupboard. We asked for lights to be fixed on first day but no one bothered to fix them.
