Personale molto cordiale e disponibile!

Palazzo Glori más que un boutique hotel es un "palazzo" acogedor. Desde que entras por las puertas sientes que estás en tu casa. El desayuno un poco limitado pero adecuado y están listas para complacerte en lo que puedan. La ubicacion muy cerca del centro histórico y Corso Campi lleno de lindas tienditas. Estuvimos por un curso de medicina y las 2 noches en Cremona fueron agradable.

We were traveling by bicycle and we always worry whether there is a safe parking spot for the bicycle over night - at the Palazzo we could bring it in overnight, which was perfect. We loved the HUGE room, plentifull breakfast and the helpfull staff. All the sights were within walking distance, but far enough not to ruin our sleep.

A partire dell'accoglienza, alla struttura, alla pulizia, alla cura dei dettagli.. niente da dire! Camera spaziosa, intima, ben arredata, pulita, comoda e dotata di tutti i comfort, forse un pò buia ma comunque molto carina. Staff gentile, a disposizione e attento alle esigenze. Bagno spazioso, pulito, dotato dell'essenziale. Colazione buona! Posizione ottima, in centro ma non troppo.

Les parties communes sont très agréables, le petit déjeuner copieux dans une vaste salle. La Chambre de luxe très spacieuse et bien insonorisée, la déco avec des fresques donne un charme ancien très reposant, coin salon et un coin bureau. Salle de douche très propre et fonctionnelle. Le parking payant est à 80 m. L'emplacement très pratique, est juste au début d'une rue commerçante le centre ville la cathédrale et musée sont à 5 minutes à pied.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. While the hotel itself is visually appealing, the overall stay was overshadowed by serious issues and what felt like an unjustified attempt to charge us after checkout. Upon arrival, there was no staff present, although we were able to access the property using a code. Be aware that the hotel does not offer parking—only a nearby lot costing 20 euros per night. The room was nicely furnished but had a strong chemical odor that made it uncomfortable. Noise was also a problem: there is a bar next door, and sound carries easily between rooms, making it unsuitable for light sleepers. Breakfast was minimal, though well presented, and the staff we did encounter were polite during our stay. At checkout, everything seemed fine, and there were no issues raised at the time. We had also brought a dog, which was accepted free of charge. However, a few hours after leaving, we received a call stating that we would be charged 250 euros for alleged “damage” to the room. Communication was difficult, as the staff member on the phone spoke very limited English and could not clearly explain the situation. We were later sent photos showing a dead bug, a tiny bloodstain on the floor, and what appeared to be a green-stained bed skirt or towel—none of which had been brought to our attention during checkout, nor had we noticed them ourselves. While it is possible that I may have caused the small bloodstain while shaving, and that an insect entered the room during our stay, these are minor and hardly constitute “damage.” The alleged green stain is completely inexplicable. Regardless, the idea that such issues justify a 250 euro charge is excessive and unreasonable. This experience leaves a very negative impression and raises serious concerns about how this hotel handles post-stay charges. I strongly recommend documenting the condition of your room with photos before leaving and insisting on a staff inspection at checkout to avoid being faced with unexp
