La struttura è davvero molto comoda: sia per gli spazi molto ampi di stanza e bagno, sia per la posizione estremamente vicina al centro pedonale. Anche il parcheggio a pagamento nelle immediate vicinanze rappresenta un punto a favore.

Sebbene la stanza fosse molto bella e ampia rimane piuttosto buia, soprattutto il bagno. Infine in quest'ultimo ambiente verrebbe comodo integrare qualche mensola o piccolo armadio per poter avere a portata di mano il beauty o altri accessori utili da tenere in bagno.
