Sea Breeze Studio @ The Coach House

The location for us (with a dog) was perfect. Across the road was a super park with a nice café, and the beach was about 1min away. the beach/sand dunes are also dog friendly by the The Coach house. Also only a few minutes for the St Annes pier. The studio was in a very good condition and well presented on arrival. The kitchen was well equipped with full size oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, etc. It also has a courtyard to let your dogs out safely. Instead of using the car we used the bus to go to Blackpool about 20mins. The Coach House has parking in the small road outside the building which was trouble free. Thanks to the owners for letting this really good and comfortable studio accommodation.

The welcome from Deborah was great and the Sea Breeze Apartment was stunning and so stylish. Everything you could possibly need was there and more besides! The Apartment was spotlessly clean and the decor was very tastefully done. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had every appliance you could wish for, including washing machine, the all important dishwasher and an air fryer! A beautiful modern shower room, matching towels, bath mat etc; no detail was overlooked, even down to the nightlights that came on when you entered, so as the extractor fan didn't disturb anyone else and the mirror light was handy too. It was very spacious for a Studio and the pictures on the walls were splendid, made you realise you were by the sea! The beach was just a short walk away which was so good for our two dogs and there was a brilliant well kept Park nearby too. The whole of Lytham St. Anne's was a pleasing place to visit, so clean and well kept, with some incredible architecture and lovely houses. We had a lovely drive through the Blackpool Illuminations one evening, which were worth seeing and an added bonus as they're on until January 5th. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend the Apartment highly, indeed the Booking.com pictures don't do it justice!

Being near shops etc

The noise from people above going in and out also asking me to move my car so a family can put there's in the place I was parked I explained registered disabled so needed car near entrance will not book again

Excellent location, Professional and friendly host went above and beyond to welcome us, file with lots of useful information regarding the area and transport. Stayed twice now will definitely return. Lovely property
