Pros: - Incredible view of the City - Short walk from the Old Town - Supermarket, KGB Museum (book in advance) and food hall LITERALLY on your doorstep - SUPER comfy bed - Spacious and the balcony is an added bonus - Apartment was clean and tidy - Our request for more towels was answered quickly - Secure building with access keys and a lift to the 10th (top) floor

Cons: - Check in wasn't ideal and had to navigate to a nearby lockbox - Building gets SO hot particularly the room with a window - On that point, one bedroom doesn't have a window so not ideal if you need natural lighting - Shower drainage is poor so you will be standing in a puddle of water - Shower water takes a while to heat up but otherwise decent pressure - Bed slat is broken in one bedroom with a temporary 'fix' piece of wood so can be uncomfortable - For the price the place just needs a few bits of modernisation. Fix bed, shower, tap etc then it will be great value

Sijainti oli loistava. Asunto olis siisti ja sieltä löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen.Neljälle hengelle ihan hyvän kokoinen asunto.

Television voisi ehkä päivittää ,että olis pystynyt netflixiä katsomaan mutta pärjättiin kyllä ilmankin.

Hyvällä sijainnilla kiva asunto. Majoittajaan sai hyvin yhteyden tarvittaessa.

When I cooked pasta, it was a bit inconvenient not having a strainer, and there was no dishwasher either. However, the kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials provided by the owner. From the balcony, you can see the old town, and there's a well-stocked supermarket right beneath the building, which is very convenient. The apartment hotel building is very distinctive and easy to find. It's about a 15-minute walk from the port and is located outside the old town, so it's easy to roll your suitcase, making the location very convenient.

While it wasn't a major issue, as other reviewers have mentioned, there are problems with the shower and washing machine. On the first night, there was no hot water at all. From the next day, the hot water supply remained unstable. There is also an issue with the shower drain — water accumulates to a depth of about 3 cm while showering. Due to this drainage problem, the washing machine’s spin-dry function also doesn’t work properly, likely because of a blockage.

The apartment is very well-maintained and offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the Old Town, which makes exploring the city extremely convenient. Having parking available was a big advantage. Communication with the owner was smooth and effortless, making the whole experience stress-free. I would gladly stay here again.

Very hot. No air condition. VERY small bedrooms: one without window, second with unopenable window. In summer it is impossible to sleep in both bedrooms with the doors closed (lack of privacy). Small table - too small for 4 people.

房價比附近都便宜，地點也非常好，交通方便，老城區過馬路就到了。樓下就有超市，自己煮東西很方便。客餐廳很舒適，陽台也很棒。

前一晚就詢問如何入住，到了現場也持續發訊息，還是等了一會才回覆鑰匙存放的地方。房間蠻小的，放了雙人床就幾乎沒空間了。淋浴間排水不良，洗澡有點辛苦。洗衣機只能洗衣，不會脫水，不知道是我們不會操作還是故障了。
