Cozy 3-room Penthouse in the very Heart of Tallinn

Technical condition of the apartment requires serious maintenance. Shower drainage needs to be cleaned, washing machine fixed (or buy a working used one at least), door handles must be screwed on tightly, holes in the walls filled up, ventilation in the kitchen fixed. I understand that some guests can be careless and destroy things while their stay, but it's the job of the host to provide the apartment in a good technical condition.

Furniture creaked. No instructions for heating or washing machine. Used the washing machine but some clothes saturated while others were dry, not sure what we did wrong.

The apartment is in a very good location. Close to the old city center and to the ferry terminal (if you plan to visit Helsinki). There is enough space for 4 persons. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking (the only missing equipment is the washing machine). Amazing view on the city from the terrace.

It requires a bit of maintenance f.e. to clean the drain in a shower cabin, and repair the hood in the kitchen. There was a quite noisy gravity ventilation in the main room so it may be difficult for someone to sleep. The parking in the Viru keskus is 25 Euro per 24 hours vs 20 mentioned during the reservation.

Great location and window view. Closed to ferry terminal and to old city sightseeings. Nearby the supermarket, pharmacy, trade center, taxi. Wi-Fi - Ok. Robot vacuum cleaner. Interior in style. Coffee and tea capsules and pakages available.

Apartements shower room drain was clogged, that was the reason why washing machine could not work properly and take shower problem. Kitchen hood was broken. This information was written on the body. Old TV navigation. Toilet bowl was not stable.

A spacious cozy apartment with an amazing balcony! Great value for the location! Next to Viru tower for the KGB museum.

Very nice apartment with a view from 10th floor. Reactive host. Easy check in. Everything was clean. Bonus points for amenities.
