New American Inn & Suites

Bad times. Paid extra for the Hot tub that didn’t work, and customer service is non-existent. There was also a pungent odor from the office.

The person who attended was rude, the room smelled dirty and didn’t have phone to contact front desk; they had iron board but no iron at that room. We checked in at around 10 pm and we just wanted to spend the night

Looks ok looked nice but the room not so nice looking. Very outdated and dirty

it was ok. Big rooms that were pretty clean. The only thing was the Walls are paper thin.

They were rude and the rooms smelled

Property had no hot water at check-in. Owner told me “you don't need hot water because the weather is hot.” I demanded a refund but the owner declined to refund my money! There was a police vehicle at the property. Very poor customer service.

Nice and clean, friendly staff, but warm water was not working during my stay. We weren't able to use indoor Jacuzzi which was unfortunate since we paid extra. Hopefully it was temporary.
