Check in was sketchy. Only receipt was from credit card company. Room had smoke detector removed. Bugs in the lights and bathtub. AC had exposed wires to turn it on. Mirror on ceiling was tacky. Worst stay of my life

Sheets were dirty. Rushed out of the room at checkout time. Late Check out wasn’t an option apparently

There was bedbugs and mould on the wall in the bathroom, black mould nonetheless

What the hell did I do and WHY is this property on Expedia … horrible experience. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had while traveling… Small family ran made me leave a cash deposit when I went to check out nobody would answer so they kept my money, horrible experience. I don’t know why I Expedia I’m starting to lose faith in this app.

The picture of the room on the site was a well kept room, but what I got was ghetto and it was not in the cleanest condition. The toilet seat was only held down with one toilet seat bolt. The shower had dirty spots like someone had been in there with dirty feet. There was built up dirt and grime on the wall right in front of the toilet. There was an old tortilla chip on the floor in the corner of the toilet and shower room. The outlets looked sketchy to plug anything in to. There was no iron to the ironing board. The fridge was dirty and Gerry rigged with plastic wrap.

Could use housekeeping
