Shepherd's Hut, Bath

This provided me with a peaceful, restful retreat for the week. I was visiting family who live in Bath and the location was perfect. Public transport links from Weston are fabulous. The bed was so comfy, the heating was so good, the cooking facilities were perfect for me - I used the induction hob for all my cooking. I appreciated the privacy and felt safe knowing that the hosts were right on site and contactable.

The accommodation was very clean, well presented and fitted to a high standard...it was beautiful! In addition, Jen, our host, had left a lovely welcome card, a bottle of prosecco and snacks, milk and a large bottle of water. From the outset, Jen's communication was excellent and very clear and it was lovely to meet her as we arrived. I would highly recommend this accommodation and host!

Very close to Bath. Everything you need in there, spotlessly clean. Lovely Marks & Spencer soap and shower toiletries. Little mini oven, microwave, hob. It looks brand-new, lovely nights sleep. Really cozy inside.

Beautiful and cosy setup and amazing arrangement by host in perfect location, peace and quiet home away from home

A beautifully appointed and well equipped accommodation. So nice to be provided with welcome packs of snacks and wine. We were able to cook complete meals in the kitchen area. The whole hut was comfortable and cosy and suited our needs perfectly

"The Hut" is very cozy and the area around is very nice - beautiful nature just around the corner. I stayed for two weeks and it was great place to come back and rest. The shops and cafes/restaurants were not to far but even the kitchen was enough to cook quite comfortably. Highlight of the accomodation was the host as she was very kind and helpful! Overall great experience :)

The Shepherds Hut is delightful. This was our second visit and it did not disappoint. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We needed to be near the hospital and this fitted the bill perfectly. So very welcoming and quiet with parking in front. We loved it.

Nothing to dislike

We had the most relaxing and enjoyable weekend staying in the Shepherd’s Hut. The hosts are super lovely and very friendly, while the hut is cosy, beautifully designed, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay truly special. From the moment we stepped inside, it was obvious how much care and attention had gone into creating the space. This isn't just a rental, it’s clear the hosts have put a lot of heart into making it feel welcoming and unique. Everything was so well thought-out, from the practical layout to the little extras that made all the difference: snacks, a bottle of wine, fresh milk, a handwritten thank-you note, and detailed recommendations for places to visit in the area. The bed was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with warm, high-quality bedding that made for a perfect night’s sleep. If you’re looking for a peaceful and thoughtfully equipped place to unwind while exploring the quieter side of Bath, we can’t recommend this place enough. We'd love to come back and recommend it to all our friends!

We had the loveliest stay. Thoughtful details throughout. So cozy and comfortable, everything you could need. Awesome location easy to come and go to Bath. We are already looking forward to staying again 😁
