Location was excellent. Very close to the train station and close to the bus station. Walkable to everything. Apartment was very nice, spacious and very clean. Had everything we needed. Responsive and helpful host. Easy to find and get into. Comfortable for 2 of us. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable. And the little balcony was great. Awesome place to stay.

Отличные апартаменты, чистые, просторные. Ванная комната и душевая просторные. Очень удобное расположение, прямо через дорогу вокзал. Очень вкусные завтраки. Персонал кафе, где подают завтраки также очень приветливый и доброжелательный.

Great, clean and comfortable apartment close to the train station. Staff and owner were reactive and willing to make our trip smooth.

The accommodation was great, close to the main railway station, which is also served by the monorail from the airport. I also appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of the apartment.

One downside was the breakfast at the Caffè & Tortellini bistro, which was included in our stay. The selection became noticeably smaller each day, which was disappointing. A more serious issue was the lack of consideration for dietary restrictions — my girlfriend is lactose intolerant, and the staff were extremely unhelpful in dealing with this. While I understand that dairy products are common in Italian cuisine, that does not justify the young waiter’s behavior. He repeatedly muttered inappropriate comments under his breath when we arrived, which I found very rude and unprofessional. This attitude was unacceptable and left a negative impression that unfortunately overshadowed an otherwise good stay.

Everything was catered for in a very comfortable apartment. Bed was excellent. Cleanliness very good.

An English channel on tv. The shower didn’t drain very well. At least a mile from Piazza Maggiore.

We had a great 3 nights stay in this spacious, clean, modern and very comfortable apartment. Because breakfast is provided which is very convenient from the caffe at the other end corner of our block and the food is so fantastic in Bologna, we didn’t cook much in the apartment but the facilities are available. Our 2 best meals were at 051 Osteria Zerocinquantello and l’Antica Pizzeria da Michele Bologna. We highly recommend enjoy some meals there. Lots of room, bed comfortable, bathroom spacious and very clean. Daily cleaning/straightening which we didn’t expect. Checking in and out was super easy and communication was fast. We were able to checkout 1hr later so we can first pick up our rental car before loading all our luggage in it. We really appreciated that. We highly recommend this apartment.

The jacket in the closet from «Zara» does not match to the status . Joke ofcourse :)))) I like everything about that location.
