Park Views, Close to town

Good location, walking distance from town. Apartment was just right for our group, good side beds and rooms

Communication with the host was extremely poor - check in time was changed but was never advised to what time. Was given the wrong lock box code, so could not use the lock box - luckily we got there as the cleaner was still cleaning and she just gave us the key. Found dirty tissues under one bed and dirty dishes in another bedroom. The shower would flood unless you took the metal drain piece out completely - we were never told about this

Comfortable & convenient walk to & from the township. Tea & coffee provided but no milk which was expected as it had been mentioned in a previous review we had read.

3B only clear on the letterbox & carpark, not on the stairwell.

The apartment was warm and welcoming. It seemed to be well setup with lots of little extras you sometimes dont get (eg. 2 hairdryers, cooking oil and a few spices, and ironing board etc). It was very clean and tidy. We all agreed beds were comfortable and quiet area.

Nothing I didn't really like more just things to be aware of if staying. As on third floor bit of a mission if you had heavy suitcase as no lift. If short microwave may be unuseable (my short friend did not safe trying to remove hot food).

Location is great, only a short walk into the city centre. Great that it has parking and cooking facilities. Living areas are a bit of a tight squeeze with 5 adults but it was doable as we only really spent time in the apartment to eat and sleep!

For the price the apartment was very good. It is not very big but enough for a two night stay for 4 people and at a good price for Queenstown. The shower is very powerful. The kitchen is well stocked (milk is not normally supplied in apartments). Good parking and the description is correct. And it is very quiet. The furniture is simple but good beds.
