Park Views, Close to town

It was clean and tidy.

Good walking distance to everything - as per listing. Nice views of the park and good facilities

Listing noted a sofa bed but there was only a couch which was disappointing as we needed the extra sleeping arrangement. However the owners did supply a blow up mattress which was appreciated.

i loved the property because it's close to town then everything we need are available.

Clean and close to the city centre. Bonnie the host is very friendly, helpful, and very responsive toward our query. We really appreciate the extra towel for the kids.

Appeared clean and tidy and a good sized space for 5 to start off with. No hot water, No milk, No soap, No locks

Bad contact with staff. I messaged, texted, called, emailed that the shower went cold after 5 mins after dinner and I had a hair full of conditioner. We were trying to find out if there was a timer or switch to override and didn't answer calls, text or emails. had to boil jug repeatedly to wash out conditioner. My hair is past my waist so wasn't easy. 5 people missed out on showers after cold day on the mountain so disappointed when it was the same price as a room at the Hilton. Had no soap or shower gel, just water in old shower gel bottle. No milk so we couldn't even have anything warm to drink. We stubbed our toes on the bricks holding up the bed. We think their reviews must be written by friends. They should mention that it has no lift and you have to carry your suitcases up 3 storeys of step stairs. No lock on front slider so none of our belongings were safe and secure. All we could do is just hope the joining balcony apartment didn't have anyone wanting to steal our belongings. Views from bedrooms went straight into neighbours so no privacy unless curtains closed. We moved couch to look for plug to charge phone while trying to relax and found fossilized sausage and yoghurt remains. To be honest if their was hot water and a lock for security we might have overlooked a number of its faults but the bad experience and terrible communication from owner ruined everything for us.

Great location - walking distance to town and to the Skyline Gondola, Luge and Stratosphere Restaurant. Ease to check in to the property and access WI-FI (no lagging). A wonderful spacious apartment. Bedrooms and beds extremely comfortable. Warm during Winter (we didn’t need to use the heat pump). Fantastic shower and pressure. Great amenities - as mentioned in the booking - everything you need. One TV in the bedroom and one in the lounge. Host replied to our queries in a timely manner and were extremely kind and considerate in granting our requests with discretion. Outdoor patio area was spacious and a great space to enjoy the view. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend this property to all 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

There honestly was nothing we didn’t not like about the property but just to raise awareness - if you have mobility or physical issues that could prohibit you from climbing up three-flights of stairs with luggage etc - then sadly, you will not be able to enjoy this wonderful accommodation. Something to consider before booking. NB: The host has disclosed the climb up to the apartment & three-flights of stairs to the apartment on the website via a photo.
